Life comes in waves it can be calm one moment, then wild, beautiful, and sometimes brutal.
Here, we honour all of it — the highs, the lows, the in-between.​

 

Ananda is the Sanskrit word for Bliss and happiness and that's what I wish to share.

I believe in simplicity, slowing down, tuning in, and creating ritual in the everyday.

 

My purpose is to help you find your balance to live a happy, healthy, well and present life.

I believe that everyone can benefit from the practices of yoga, meditation and breathwork in whatever form that looks like, there is something for everyone and not any one person is the same.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I invite you to join me in the journey.

I had a very moving experience at my first yoga class with Jade. She is so big hearted with lovely energy and made me feel very welcome. I haven't done yoga for a few years but Jade helped me remember how much I love the movements and the breathing exercises. She concluded the practise with a short reading which really touched my heart and made me well up. I also loved the chance to have a herbal tea and chat at the end of the session. It was really inspiring and I am looking forward to more practises with Jade.

Jade Skinner

I am a certified 200hr Yoga teacher of Frog Lotus Yoga (FLY) 

Amongst many holistic therapies I share: meditation, reiki, breathwork and ice bath use. I am qualified in modern Ayurvedic nutrition and holistic health in which I use a combination of different practises to help guide you.
